the staff displayed amazing kindness. alessia prepared lovely breakfast dishes daily. marco crafted exquisite cocktails each evening at the rooftop bar. i found their attentiveness very touching.
the in-room safe required a bit of fiddling to operate.

amazing boutique hotel experience!
friendly staff perfect location
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. we received daily fresh towels. the location is perfect. It's right in the city center! we reached everything by foot, great.
i found that the breakfast selection was pretty average. the restaurant area also felt a bit lackluster. even though breakfast was included, there was an extra charge for any cooked breakfast.

Our superior double room was spacious and beautifully decorated. it included all possible technologies, such as sensor lights. the shower room and toilet were a generous size. They provided everything needed.

The staff were very friendly and ready to assist with any request. The attentiveness at the front desk and during breakfast was excellent. My room featured a modern design and included a well-stocked mini bar with a variety of beverages and snacks. The rooftop terrace provided panoramic views and was a great spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. I found the air conditioning system effective. It maintained a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.
The elevator service seemed a bit slow during peak hours, though, it was manageable.

The location was indeed convenient.
I found the rooftop bar closed more than once . When I asked the reception about it, they didn't offer much assistance. The minibar prices were very high. They charged a lot for a few snacks and drinks.
